STUART H. WILLIAMS was born in 1950 in Peterborough, New Hampshire.  

A self-taught artist, WILLIAMS inscribed on the back of each work a narrative describing the scene he had rendered. His medium of choice was colored markers and colored pencils on paper.

WILLIAMS’ work has been exhibited at the Currier Museum of Art in Manchester, New Hampshire in 1986 and at the Nielsen Gallery in Boston, Massachusetts in 2004.  He has had one exhibition in New York in 2006 at Davis & Langdale Company.
