GROUP EXHIBITION

The exhibition consists of about 20 works of art, including drawings and watercolors by American artists Oscar Bluemner (1867-1938), Henry Farrer (1843-1930), Bill Traylor (1854-1949), and James Castle (1900-1977).  Drawings by Ashcan artists, Everett Shinn (1873-1953), William Glackens (1867-1933), George Luks (1866-1933), and Robert Henri (1865-1929) will be on view as will be monotypes by Mark Tobey (1890-1976).  There are collages by Joseph Cornell (1903-1972) and Anne Ryan (1889-1954); contemporary American artists Lennart Anderson (born 1928), David Levine (born 1926), Aaron Shikler (born 1922), Stuart Shils (1954), and Albert York (born 1928) will also be represented.

Works by British artist Gwen John (1876-1939) and Bloomsbury Group founders Vanessa Bell (1879-1960) and Duncan Grant (1885-1978), will be shown.  Also, there will be a watercolor by German artist Julius Bissier (1893-1965).
Vintage photographs of fruits, vegetables and flowers by Charles Jones (1866-1959) and photomicrographs of snowflakes by Wilson A. Bentley (1865-1931) will also be on exhibit.
