JANET MALCOLM: COLLAGES

This is Janet Malcolm’s second one person show at Davis & Langdale Company; it consists of twelve collages dating from 2000 to 2016.

Malcolm (born 1934) is a celebrated writer whose work appears frequently in The New Yorker. Among her best known books are The Journalist and the MurdererIn the Freud ArchivesTwo Lives: Gertrude and Alice, and The Silent Woman: Sylvia Plath and Ted Hughes. Her most recent work is Forty-one False Starts: Essays on Artists and Writers (2013). She is also a photographer.

Malcolm lives and works in New York.
